Thirty years of concrete that doesn't move.
Driveways, house and shed slabs, exposed aggregate and decorative concrete. Our own crew does the dig, the base and the pour, so when the slab is down there's nobody else to point at.
Well priced, professional, friendly and respectful. Their work is amazing.
They did a beautiful job and handled the drama along the way very gracefully.
Both well finished and at a competitive price. Nothing appears to be a problem for these guys.

The part you'll never see is the part that fails.
Nearly every slab that cracks, sinks or lifts was lost before a single mixer turned up. Pick what you'll actually put on it and see what we build underneath.
Cut within a day or two of the pour, about a quarter of the way through the slab. Concrete shrinks as it cures and it will crack somewhere. The joint decides where, in a straight line you chose.
Reactive soil (AS 2870 class H1 or H2) steps the concrete up to 32 MPa. We check the site class before we price it, not after.
"Anyone can finish the top of a slab so it looks good on the day. Ask who dug it, and who's coming back if it moves."

Residential, commercial and civil, poured by the same crew.

Charcoal exposed aggregate
Dark stone washed back to a fine texture. Hides tyre marks and leaf stain better than anything else we pour, and it suits a modern render-and-timber front.
Light exposed aggregate
Paler stone, cooler underfoot in a Queensland summer. The usual pick for paths, side access and anything that runs past a pool or a garden bed.
Stamped slate
Pressed while the concrete is green so the pattern runs right through the surface. The look of laid stone without the joints that weeds grow in.
Stencilled terracotta
Colour and pattern applied over a solid slab. The most cost-effective way to get a decorative driveway, and it holds up to a Queensland sun.
Colour-through with a feature inlay
Oxide mixed through the concrete rather than sitting on top, with a banded border and a centre feature set out on site. For when the driveway is meant to be the first thing you notice.
From the day you say yes.
No guessing what happens next, and no three-week silence after the quote goes out.
We measure it properly
On site, with the specs written down: thickness, grade, mesh, finish and access. The quote is itemised so you can see what each part costs.
Date booked, concrete ordered
You get a pour date, not a vague week. The mix is ordered to the spec on your quote and the crew is locked in around it.
Dig, base and steel
Excavation out, road base in and compacted, formwork set to the falls, mesh laid on bar chairs. The part that decides whether it lasts.
Pour, finish and cut
Placed, screeded and finished the way you chose, then control joints saw-cut once it's hard enough. We tell you when you can drive on it.
